The 8 GB, 16 GB, and 32 GB iPod touch devices feature a 3.5-inch widescreen display as well as Wi-Fi wireless networking. Measuring just 8-millimeters thick, the iPod touch features an ambient-light sensor in its display that automatically adjusts brightness to suit the ambient light in your surroundings. We currently offer two versions of the 8 GB and 16 GB iPod touch--with and without the new software applications announced at MacWorld 2008. For those touches without the software upgrades, they are available via the online Apple store for $20. The newest iPod touch--32 GB--ships with the new software applications.

The Zenn's CityZenn with the EEStor storage system is badly needed. The EEStor storage technology is really exciting.
It is frustrating waiting for an electric car to finally come to market. Given todays gas prices and our depressed economy, that it is difficult to understand why Zenn and other companies can't build an electric car faster. No doubt the large oil companies in the U.S. will do all they can to delay the availability of any electric car. Maybe Zenn could show GM how to build and sell an electric car.

It might be interesting to look at the case of imeem.com, after all projectplaylist originally launched as a direct copy of the imeem player. For two reasons....

Firstly when imeem was sued by Warner brothers, it turned aroud quickly and Warner Music was the first label to sign a deal to make their music available on imeem.

Secondly, one of the things that imeem did to make the record labels happy was installing content filters developed by snocap. Since imeem acquired snocap the only other companies offering this service are Audible Magic and Gracenote, which is now part of Sony.

So it might be that this is all about projectplaylist getting access to Gracenote's filtering system in an effort to become more legal.

Of course..... imeem does have a year's head start over PP, and millions of more users.

It would be interesting to see what this business model might look like. I think that Twitter will need to figure out some scalability issues as I have seen updates lagging badly lately. Maybe that's one reason for the management upheaval.
